KBR Graphics has announced it will be exhibiting two new digital finishing solutions at its booth at Print World 2012.

The Standard Horizon CRF-362 Creaser/Folder for digital print eliminates cracking on digital colour output and accepts a range of coated and uncoated stocks up to 400 gsm on sheets up to 14.33'' x 34''. The machine features seven selectable fold patterns and six selectable cover creasing patterns for perfect binding. It stores up to 200 jobs in memory and can crease and fold up to 5,000 sheets/hour.

KBR will also be showcasing the SPF-200L Bookletmaker/HOF-400 High Speed Digital Sheet Feeder. The new SPF-200L accepts digitally printed output from the new HOF-400 high-speed sheet feeder to produce landscape-format booklets (8.5" x 11") at speeds up to 3,500 booklets/hour. Fully automated set-up includes fold roller gap adjustment, and the system also handles variable page count production. Collating towers for offset print needs can be added if required.
