Publishers and designers will have more flexibility for direct-mail packages, thanks to new guidelines coming in 2013 as part of Canada Post's sweeping Postal Transformation program.
 
Visitors to Publishing World will have several opportunities to learn about the new rules from Canada Post representatives as well as authorities from the National Association of Major Mail Users (NAMMU), which is hosting its National Postal Forum at the event. Among its offerings, the crown corporation will be showcasing its new Precision Targeter online tool, which helps increase direct-mail return on investment by selecting delivery routes based on demographic specifications, geography and budget.
